History
We’ve always cared about developing meaningful relationships with artists, and increasingly understand how important sustainable structures are to sustaining a practice over time. Through our experience working within institutions, we’ve seen how valuable it is to cycle knowledge and resource back towards artists, helping them build the structures, teams and systems that can sustain a practice over time.
Our approach is intuitive and relational. We spend time listening and understanding the values, ambitions and particular ways an artist wants to work, then help translate those into practical structures that can grow with their practice.
Alongside this, we continue to work with institutions to strengthen how they collaborate with artists over time, while also understanding their own needs, values and ways of working.

Our approach
We offer responsive consultancy and coaching for artists at different stages of their practice. You might be looking to develop new partnerships, shape a catalogue or publication, diversify income, or strengthen the structures around an expanding studio.
We take a holistic approach, starting with where the practice is now. We listen, identify areas that could be strengthened, and develop practical systems to support the change that is needed. This might mean working closely with the people already underpinning the practice, or bringing in new collaborators across producing, writing, documentation and other specialist areas.
The aim is not to impose a model, but to build structures that feel specific to the artist, their values and the way they want to work.
We offer project, daily and hourly fee structures.
