David Hockney, Serpentine

The studio coordinated strategic project management for Serpentine’s leadership team, CEO Bettina Korek and Artistic Director Hans Ulrich Obrist, for the David Hockney exhibition, working across programme, production, audiences, enterprise and development around this major free exhibition.

Football City, Art United, Factory International

The studio co-developed and led production for Factory International’s Football City, Art United, working with curators Hans Ulrich Obrist, Juan Mata and Josh Willdigg to realise new commissions bringing together 11 leading artists and footballers, including Eric Cantona, Philippe Parreno, Suzanne Lacy, Edgar Davids and Vivianne Miedema. We coordinated artists, participants, production and partners across the major group exhibition at Aviva Studios.

Economics the Blockbuster, the Whitworth

The studio led production for Economics the Blockbuster at the Whitworth, part of Manchester International Festival, developing the collaborative framework across artists, curators, designers, fabricators and partners. We supported the delivery of an ambitious exhibition exploring alternative economic models through artistic practice, participation and exchange.

What Kind of City? Suzanne Lacy

The studio produced Suzanne Lacy’s What Kind of City?, developing a collaborative framework between the artist, Manchester communities and civic and cultural partners. Working across research, participation and production, we supported a long-term social practice exploring how people experience, imagine and shape the city they live in.
